Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 22 April 2026

You can ask Urbanox to delete the personal information we hold about you, including any Instagram, WhatsApp, or website enquiry history. There is no charge for this.

How to Request Deletion

Email urbanox@jmbudyog.com from the email address you contacted us with, or message us on WhatsApp.
Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Tell us which channel your data relates to and the identifier we would know you by — for example your Instagram username, your WhatsApp number, or the mobile number on your order account.

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt of your request within 7 working days.
We delete the requested data within 30 days of confirming your identity.
We confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Instagram comments and direct message history held by us, WhatsApp conversation history, website enquiry records, and your customer contact details are removed from our systems.

What We May Need to Keep

Where a completed sale exists, Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoice and GST records for a statutory period. These records are kept only for that legal obligation and are not used to contact you. Everything not covered by that obligation is deleted.
