How We Use Information
- To create customer accounts and manage retail or wholesale access.

- To send updates and replies using WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, SMS, or email.

WhatsApp Communication
If a customer contacts us on WhatsApp or chooses WhatsApp-based updates, we may use WhatsApp Business services for verification, order confirmations, status updates, support responses, and related transactional communication.
Instagram Communication
We operate an Instagram business account and use Meta's Instagram Graph API to manage it. When a person comments on one of our Instagram posts or sends us an Instagram direct message, we receive that message content along with their Instagram username and account ID.
We use this information only to respond to that person — for example, replying to a comment or sending catalogue, pricing, and product information by direct message in answer to an enquiry. We do not use Instagram data for advertising profiles, we do not sell it, and we do not combine it with data from other sources for unrelated purposes.
Instagram data is retained only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and keep a record of customer support conversations. Anyone can ask us to delete their Instagram conversation data by following our data deletion instructions.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share necessary data with service providers such as hosting partners, payment providers, delivery partners, communication tools, and legal authorities where required by law or business operations.
Data Security and Retention
